Do you accept credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card through
Paypal and
Google Checkout. Both paypal and google checkout can process Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you accept money order?
US or Canada customers can mail money order to us, money order must arrive in 2 weeks. To make payment by money order, first click 'Place your order' button in 'check out' web page, then
contact us.
Do you accept personal check?
We do not accept personal check, but paypal can process eCheck.
Where to enter coupon code?
First add item(s) into the shopping cart, then in
Shopping Cart web page, enter your coupon code in the 'Coupon Code' text box, to make sure your code is correct, click 'Update' button beside that textbox.
What is compressed DVD?
A Japanese drama normal include 10-12 episodes, for best video and audio quality, every 2 episodes suppose use one DVD, so one jp drama normal have 5-6 DVDs. Both 3 DVDs and 2 DVDs (Compressed DVD) version are compressed DVD, video quality is not as good as 5-6 DVDs version.
Does 3 DVDs version has better video quality than Compressed DVD (2 DVDs) version?
No. Depends on which drama, in most case, their video quality are very close.
What is region free (no region code) means?
That means all our DVDs can play in any country's DVD player.
